    Our Story

    We Chose the
    Harder Path.
    On Purpose.

This is not a story about a restaurant. It's a story about refusing to compromise.

    The Beginning

    It Started With a
    Simple Question.

What if Nairobi had a pizza worth the wait?

Not a fast-food pizza. Not a conveyor-belt pizza. Not a pizza built on shortcuts and frozen dough dressed up with fancy branding.

A real one. Hand-stretched. Fire-kissed. Made with ingredients chosen for flavour, not margin.

We asked that question. And then we spent everything we had answering it.

    The Clay Oven

    The Oven
    Came First.

Before the tables. Before the menu. Before the name.

We found a traditional clay oven — the kind that bakers and pizza makers have used for centuries — and we built the restaurant around it. Because we knew: if the oven was right, everything else would follow.

Our clay oven fires at temperatures that no modern electric oven can match. That's where the blistered crust comes from. That's where the melted, bubbling heart of every pizza is born. That's why the first bite stops conversations.

You can't fake that. You can't time it. You can only respect it.

    Our Philosophy

    No Compromises.
    Ever.

    We mean that literally.

Our San Marzano tomatoes are chosen for sweetness, not price. Our mozzarella is fresh. Our truffle oil is real. Our paneer is made to hold up to the heat of the clay oven and the bold spice we surround it with.

When a topping doesn't meet our standard — it doesn't make the menu. Simple.

We have a diverse menu — from the deeply Italian Funghi e Tartufo to the locally rooted Indian pizza built for Westlands. From eggless, alcohol-free desserts for those who need them, to fully vegan options across almost every category.

Because a restaurant that truly cares takes everyone seriously.

    The Community

    Westlands Didn't
    Just Find Us.
    We Found Each Other.

Brookside-School Lane Junction wasn't a coincidence. It was a choice.

We wanted to be in the heart of a neighbourhood that appreciates quality. A community that has grown up with great food — that knows the difference between something made with care and something made for profit.

We didn't advertise when we opened. The pizza spoke first. And Westlands listened.

Today, this is the place families come for Sunday lunch. The spot where dates happen. Where birthdays are celebrated, deals are sealed, and friends linger long after the plates are cleared.

    That's not marketing. That's community.

    The Promise

    This Is What Happens
    When Passion
    Refuses to Compromise.

Every pizza that leaves our clay oven carries that promise.
And we intend to keep it — every single day.
